Heading back west, first stop was Cleveland. Last time I was there, I didn't get a picture of Bill from Cleveland. So I made sure I did this time.

After a few beers at Great Lakes Brewing, we crossed the street to West Side Market.

It looks like it used to be a train station, but word is, it wasn't.

I stuck around for another day after that. I didn't take any more pictures. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood, you know? Anyway, I found a bar called Bier Markt where they have an excellent beer selection, and the lovely bartender Carolyn turned me on to a drink she invented called a "William Shatner": 2 parts Crown Royal, 1 part Malibu, 1 part Bacardi 151. GOD DAMN! I could feel myself getting drunker with each sip. Then I found a good all night hot dog place about a mile down the street at 50th and Lorain. In the morning it was raining really really hard so I got to sleep in the ol' mobile base of operations til 10 without a heat problem. Next night I went to see Rasputina to listen to amazing cellos. Next morning, I pressed onward.

next stop: Lansing, MI
