This woman from Brazil came up to me to ask directions to the Red Light District. I was only too happy to direct her in the right direction. After she let me have her picture, and walked away with her 4 little kids in tow, I wondered, why in the world would anyone be taking their group of under-5-years-old kids into the Red Light District???
